Fill out the Free Listing Form to be added to the "How's Your Realtor" website.  We'll need your name, company name, and one phone number.  You can add your email, too.  We'll need to know which city or town you'd like to be listed in.  This is what you get with the FREE listing.  You can be listed in additional cities or towns with the premium listing.

Once we receive your info, we'll add you to the "How's Your Realtor" website.  You'll need to let us know what city or town to list you in.

Premium Your Listing

For only $59 a year you can have your photo added to your listing and a bio if you have one, areas of expertise or what you specialize in.  You'll be able to add all your phone numbers and link your email and website so prospective clients can go right to your website with one easy click.  We'll list you in one city with the price of the premium listing, but you can be listed in additional cities or towns for $10 each. Anniversary Date

Your anniversary date is the date your listing is posted on "How's Your Lender".  You'll have a full year from the date you're listed on the website.

Now...Here's What You Do To Make This Work For You.

1.  Call your clients and let them know you’ve joined a new website and will email them a link where they can leave a brief testimonial on the work you last did for them. Email them with a link to your "post a rating" page .

2.  Next, add a link to your "read a rating" page in your email signature and everyone you send an email to will have direct access to your testimonials on a 3rd party website.

3.  Having potential clients read your positive ratings will put you ahead of any competitors you might have.

Responses to Negative Feedback.

We'd like to believe your heart is always in the right place when it comes to your clients, but sometimes things don't always come across that way.  So, if you receive a less than favorable rating or comment, we feel you deserve the right to defend yourself and set the record straight.  If you find something you'd like to respond to, good or bad, send us an email with your response.  We'll add it for you right below the posting.  Just make sure and let us know your name, city or town and a name or some kind of reference to the original posting.  We'll add it for you directly under the posting.  This is also absolutely free!

Talk Yourself Up.

Now your listing is on and you're ready for feedback from your clients.  Contact your database by email, phone, or regular mail and ask them to rate you.  You can also get their testimonials and enter them yourself.

Include "How's Your Realtor" In Your Ads.
